And at this point I don’t trust Microsoft to not stuff them in there as a “last update for Windows 10”
I do a lot of photography and I share it on my deviant art page.
And at this point I don’t trust Microsoft to not stuff them in there as a “last update for Windows 10”
Ah that makes more sense
They probably horde that data like a Dragon hordes gold
Only 6 months? Honestly I’m surprised it’s so short of time frame.
“Won’t someone please think of the shareholders‽”
Sucks to suck, I’m so looking forward to easy cancellation from services.
It’s more a “If a company doesn’t comply with a coutry’s regulations then it can’t operate in that country” thing and not a joke.
For example Twitter when it was blocked in Brazil for a little while because they didn’t want to pay a fine for not complying with some of their regulations.
Sounds like it’ll need blocked in Ireland then
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes
Fuck Spez
All I see with that statement is, “Please Federal Government, hit me with your breakup hammer.”
It’s very universal, you can plug it into any port that is USB C, whether it does what you ask it to or not is a whole other story.
You know what they say about someone who represents themselves in court?
They have an idiot for a client.
Oh absolutely, but it does do something that I’m not sure people realize: it normalizes the idea of a government agent holding the keys to all of your stuff.
I still love the fact that those TSA keys are all available online as 3D files and likely as metal as well
Yeah people are dying but won’t somebody please think of the share holders!
Without viable competition, they’ll get away with it for a long time
The really odd but is being unaware of which patents they’re allegedly infringing on
That should be part of the filing shouldn’t it?
Also are they going to sue Square Enix for Dragon Quest Monsters while they’re at it?
That’s really interesting about Sharpies, I would have never known that about Sharpies.
Edit: I accidentally the word “never” above.
To me long nails are ick
The longer the more ick
Happy to hear it, and also happy to see their comment disappear
Honestly the onboarding for a lot of alternatives to various to popular platforms/apps (Matrix, Mastodon, etc) seems to be the biggest impediment to more adoption of those platforms and apps.
By onboarding here I mean the communities that use those platforms recruiting others to join them and help build communities up.
Like goddamn if that users comment was the first time I’d heard of Matrix it would have turned me away for sure.
Not to mention Mastodon having a reputation that proceeds it.
Ah gotcha
On a related tangent, I think my least favorite thing about my instance is that I only see the upvotes for that terrible comment. Which it has entirely too many of.
Honestly the amount of terrible comments and posts like that I see makes me want to switch to an instance with downvotes so that I can see that such shot isn’t popular.
10 years and counting
There’s so much bullshit in new cars that’s it’s infuriating, especially considering the cars call home with all kinds of privacy violating bullshit.
